Bay Hometown Pharmacy

Do NOT get your prescriptions through this awful place. My doctor had documentation that they had sent over prescriptions multiple times and the workers here claimed they didn’t have it. There is a lady here who is particularly rude and should not be working with customers.

I was very impressed with how fast they got my husband first time bubble packs ready. They were both professional and polite on the phone. Very kind in person when picking them up. The only reason I did give 5 stars is that we never received any calls saying it was approved by insurance and had been done. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience.

The friendly staff at Bay Hometown have always made my visits enjoyable. They are prompt and courteous. The store has a great atmosphere and that makes each visit a comfortable experience. It's much, much better than the cold, industrial feeling of that big-box store pharmacy. Their prices are great and their service is outstanding. A+ every time. I won't go anywhere else.

I was in Sturgeon Bay for a getaway and forgot one of my meds at home. Hometown was super helpful and quick to help me get what I needed. Pharmacist was simply awesome. Nice, quaint gift shop as well. 5 star all around.

This has been my pharmacy for about 4 years now and we love them! Absolutely a hometown feeling inside! ♥️♥️
