Very friendly, wasted my time and money at Walgreens for years, and the pharmacist didn’t even know who I was. At Dongan Hills, the pharmacists know all their customers, and I’m now saving a ton of money on my medication , I wish I knew sooner

The balding man pharmacist treated me as if i ease crazy.so apparently they put blue stickers on medication bottles with a I -O -U .i explained to one of them i couldn't find my bottle what's next.the most awful feeling gut wrenching feeling overcame me when they explained they had triple check the books and didn't owe me anything.Thank God I found the bottle 3 days later.It was 25 pills missing.No apologies at all.I wonder how many times has they all done this???? I cried for 3 days because i just knew I didn't have all my medication with fear.They just keep saying we checked!?. We don't own you anything.Just down right now regards to what they did to me.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are professional, courteous and caring. You do not get this excellent service from these big chain pharmacies. I recommend Eddie and this pharmacy highly. You are always better off shopping at a local neighborhood business. THEY CARE...

Dongan Hills Pharmacy is simply the best; one visit and you will never go back to a chain again. Ed and his entire staff are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and simply very nice people who go out of their way to help their customers. I have gone there in a panic many times about a Rx or medication, only to have the problem solved, no matter what it takes. This is something you will never experience at a CVS or Duane Reade. Do yourself and family a favor; have your MD send your scripts to Dongan Hills Pharmacy. You will never go anywhere else again.

Great neighborhood pharmacy. They are knowledgeable and friendly but most of all their prices are often better then the big chains, for example, last summer I paid 7.99 for a spraycan of coppertown sport that was selling elsewhere for $14. To me that is local value.
