I have been going to Dr. Napoletano for 30 years. I have recommended him to my parents and friends. This dental practice is CLEAN, HONEST and state of the art. Dr. Napoletano has given me PAIN free care. His prices are competitive and honestly for his knowledge and care- an absolute win for me. I trust Dr. Napoletano with anything he tells me as I have had other dentists that have tried to give me treatment options that were unnecessary and dishonest. This is a local home grown family business. I have moved away from Middletown but return to see him- driving almost an hour- yes that is because it’s my teeth and health care! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice.

I first went to Dr Napoletano for osseous surgery ten years ago. He explained the whole procedure and performed it successfully and has been my dentist ever since. He keeps himself apprised of the latest advancements in procedures and techniques and I have never felt that he has recommended any unnecessary treatments. In fact, he has actually cautioned me to wait to have a procedure done to see how well newly developed methods work before recommending it. His staff has always been very accommodating and have gone out of their way to bring me in for emergency appointments.

I was very nervous about having laser dental surgery but Doctor Napolitano put me at ease right from the start. He explained everything that was going to happen before he started. The surgery went great and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Doctor Napolitano to anyone who is considering having dental surgery.

I just had another crown replaced. Dr. Napoletano always treats me with the best of care. He truly cares about his patients.

Created my cap on his brand new 3D printer, when cap crumbled I complained & he sent me to collections. I will not use this dentist again. Very unhappy!
