The employees hate working here , however I personally got a fantastic counselor who really invested his time with my case , and cares about me as well as my family. The two employees who check the ID cards at the front window are beyond HORRIBLE , with the exception of the man. He's always friendly, smiling makes conversation asks how you are , and how my daughter is doing. I e been a client now two years bc the prior place was closed done bc the DR passed due to Covid & their sister program was located in Canarsie which personally was too long being I travel from Sheepshead Bay, BK NY.

If you are looking for compassion and understanding Clinic this is NOT the place for you. The they treat their patients like lowlife scum. The place is very dirty, and expect to be berated over everything from sitting in the wrong chair, to smiling in the waiting room, that is a big NO, NO, do not smile ever. You are expected to read their minds and if you can not, you are punished. The less responsibility the employee has, the more they will disrespect the patients. So the attitude gets improves greatly better when speaking to the doctors, etc. I am not sure how one accepts all the abusive from the this place.

Has gotten better with wait time. The good time is that nobody watches you pee you drop the urine in a bucket yourself there's no such a thing as go then we will medicate u. you after three months they test you once in five weeks. Clinic is open 7 to 1:30. Sat untill 10:45.

They definitely treat females worse them men. The whole vibe is filled with anger and contempt I would not recommend setting foot in this place unless its a matter of life and death. I refuse to believe this how New Yorkers would treat someone patients seeking help for a drug addiction. We walked in for help, not to be berated and yelled at, for sitting in wrong section, not reading the receptionist's mind, speaking when not spoken too - that is a big no no. Basically treated like an 8 year old in jail. minds
