If I could give a 0 I would. I have now ordered two pairs of glasses from them and every time they take over a month to get. I try to be polite when I call in and check the status but the lady that answers the phone is very rude every single time. I will be finding another place to do business with as they obviously do not care about retaining any customers with the level of their service.

Never seen so many elderly women with nasty attitudes ! Customer service is horrible. Got a text saying my glasses were ready for pickup just to get there and they weren’t. That wouldn’t have been a problem if I wasn’t told so rudely. Great doctors. Terrible staff. Won’t be returning.

My daughter and I had an appointment Jan 28th and the visit okay. However, the staff can be more pleasant, the wait time when i called for an update is horrible and as of today my daughter still haven’t received her glasses. I had to call for an update for my glasses which was there and no one reached out. (Just got mines last week) I hope this gets better.

I went and got new glasses when they came in within 2 weeks everything was wrong with my glasses I they was supposed to have tent put in and the lines was way off- 10- days later called was put on hold for over 10 minutes to be told to hold on for several more minutes then i was told to call back later I have never had this many problems getting glasses before I will never use them again

My appointment was August 8, 2024 and today is September 5, and I still don't have my glasses, every time I call them it's a different lie, now they have blocked both my cell and my work number.
