I am still in shock from the sheer kindness and compassion Dogwood showed us! I do not live in Tifton but my mom does and when my son fell ill while staying with her I called to establish care so his pediatrician could send the prescription to them for her convenience. They were so kind to let me know they were prioritizing his prescription as it came over and would have it delivered to her home so she didn't have to worry about leaving with a sick child. The kindness and empathy in her tone was true, genuine customer service and I am so grateful! You do not find this level of service often!!
The employees here are very helpful and kind. I have not any horrible experiences with any of them. They take the time to answer any questions you ask about anything.
Best family owned pharmacy in Tifton. Love Ms. Kay and the other girls. I wouldn't dream of getting my prescriptions anywhere else.
