Doctors Urgent Care Ypsilanti - Ypsilanti Urgent Care & Telemedicine

I went in on a Thursday at around 2 p.m. and was surprised to see no one there. I was able to check-in and see the doctor within 5 minutes. I've been to other places and you had to wait hours so this was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I had a really great experience with the staff and doctor and walked out of the urgent care confidentaly knowing what was wrong and why I was experiencing the systems. They were very attentive.

I was impressed that they were able to see me right away. The staff was exceptionally professional in and the facility itself was clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything ran efficiently from check-in to treatment, and I’ll definitely return here for any future urgent care needs.

I’ve always had a good experience with Ypsi urgent care.. I feel like I’m being heard which is a huge problem for Black folks and Doctors officers, urgent cares and clinics.. So keep up the good work don’t look at the color of our skin and presumed we’re ok, because if we were we wouldn’t waste our time coming to you! Mbass

Their nurse practitioner Miriam had a great bedside manner and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The copay was less than I expected and so was the wait. I would recommend this clinic.
