Doctors Urgent Care - Ocala FL

After realizing my primary care doctor could not find 15 minutes all day to see me and what I was very concerned over. My health insurance website recommended Doctors Urgent Care! On their website I secured an appointment to be seen in 2 hours. I completed the online application process within 20 minutes and was all set, that easy! I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early thinking, there is always more paperwork, but a super friendly receptionist said, thank you for pre-registering please have a seat for a few minutes the nurse will come get you soon. I only waited maybe 10 minutes and the nurse asked for me to follow her. She then started talking to me, how was my day, what was i there for, very friendly and I never felt rushed, very thorough, asked more questions based o

Go there multiple times when not able.to get into primary and always greeted and met with warm welcomes and very polite and professional employees. Always good with my kids. In and out with the doctor asking adequate questions and listening to what is actually said. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend. Thank you to all you I had yesterday with my son as we never have good experiences with any health facility and every time I encounter here I leave smiling amd happy. It truly means a lot to have people like you in your profession showing you actually care about your patients and not money. I see they even have self pay patients prices listed in the lobby amd very reasonable. I RECOMMEND OVER AND OVER! YOU ALL WERE AWESOME!

We made an appointment online and got seen quickly. Receptionist was friendly and Jessica PA listened to my husband's symptoms to provide the correct medication. I highly recommend Doctors urgent care for fast friendly service. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my care at Doctors Urgent Care. I got in quickly to see the doctor and he and the staff were very pleasant and professional. They accepted my insurance which is always a plus. I definitely would recommend them and would return if I needed their services again.

I made it to the clinic just before closing, but the provider saw me despite the late time. The staff was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. At the very end of the day, the clinic still appeared clean. I was diagnosed quickly by Ms. Jessica Wood, PA, and a prescription was ready for me at my pharmacy before they closed, too. I can’t express my appreciation enough. I do wish they were open until 2200 bc I was having pain late the night before, but all urgent care clinics were closed. I wasn’t able to be seen until the next evening due to my work hours. I wish I could have seen them sooner. I appreciate the kindness, cleanliness, and care provided. Thank you to all the staff who cared for me!
