Awful service from staff. They aren't at all knowledgeable about medications or insurance. I waited almost two weeks for a med to be authorized, when normally three days is all it takes. The tattooed lady that waited on me had no clue how to go about getting the script to go through for insurance. Then she tried to tell me the cut off age was why it wouldn't work, I informed her that she was wrong. Then she called insurance company to ask what the problem was. She didn't understand what the representative was telling her so she just hung up and said she didn't know!?! I will never go back there to fill any prescriptions!!!!! As well as the elderly lady putting me on hold way too long then hanging up... Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with!

This is the 3rd time I've tried to use this pharmacy. There was 1 customer ahead of me and we both waited 30 mins while the ONE person behind the counter talked on the phone. She never even glanced in my direction or took my Rx. After standing at the counter for what seemed like an eternity (I just had knee surgery and standing for that long was not pleasant) I finally got tired of waiting and being ignored, so I left and went to Jackson's Pharmacy (was in and out of Jackson's in 10 mins). I will not ever come back to this pharmacy. The 1st time I tried to use this pharmacy I was told there was a problem with my insurance. Odd, since my insurance carrier is one of the ones listed on the sign out front of accepted carriers, and when I left and went to another pharmacy it was filled withou

The staff has helped me through prior difficulties in filling an Rx that was of no fault of their own, and are always courteous and attentive to me. I don't understand some of the one-star reviews I'm seeing; these folks must be from the "I NEED TO SEE THE MANAGER" me-first school of crass conduct one sees so much of in this country lately.

This pharmacy has an excellent and experienced pharmacist that treats customer with care and respect.She takes her time to answer questions and gives her professional advice when needed. I LOVE this pharmacy I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel welcome and secure about their services.

Called to check if they had a medication in stock for my son. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She asked me how to spell it and I told her but she got snappy with me then put me on hold to check, came back on the line told me no and hung up on me.
