Doctors Plus Urgent Care

I went there today, despite them being very busy, I was brought back and got seen very quickly. I’ve been there before, and the providers and staff have always been great. I would definitely recommend it

Went here for an insurance appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. They made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment and when I questioned why the wait they said the nurse was late. Absolutely no communication or respect for my valuable time. Facility is a bit run down as well.

I scheduled my first appointment on line with this urgent care today. It was a very smooth process. Reception walked me through everything that I needed to do and even shared details regarding my insurance plan that I did not know. The clinical staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this urgent care if you want a family friendly environment with a minimal wait.

Took my grandpa here. All the staff was super friendly. My grandpa does not speak the best English and Dr. Skeete took extra time to ensure he was able to understand the information given to him. Assessment was thorough and my grandfather got the help he needed.

Had a very good experience with them from the front desk to the physician, definitely recommend and is more affordable than some others in Charlotte
