Doctors' Pediatric PC

I went to Doctors' Pediatric when I was a kid and now my child goes there. I get a hit of nostalgia every time I bring my daughter in. It was a great place back in the 90s and still is current year. Dr. Katz is awesome and such a good doctor. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with a baby or child. Five out of five stars.

It bothers me that every time I google doctors pediatric to get their phone number that there isn’t 5 stars. So here I am writing a review. I’ve lived in multiple states and seen multiple pediatricians for my 3 kids. I’m so happy we landed on drs pediatric and Dr. Katz. The office is nothing but lovely. I rarely ever have to wait. The front desk is friendly and helpful. They pick up the phone right away when you call. They send you right into a room (no waiting around other sick kids). It’s great, I’m happy and I would definitely recommend.

I have sole , legal and physical custody of my daughter and full medical decision making . Notes were written in her chart and despite this and seeing Dr Maken for years my daughter was brought in my her fathers girlfriend (over his parenting time ) without my consent and was seen for a second physical/ check up. The girlfriend signed off as a legal guardian. When I found this out I immediately went to the office where I was told by Dr. Maken that "we don't check patient ids and we have staff turnover ".she had every excuse in the book. This office clearly doesn't care about patient care. I found out that after this incident they went ahead and changed their policies. Meantime they put my daughter in harms way. We’ve been at Doctors’ Pediatric since my toddler was born. Our doctor is Dr. Macken and she’s wonderful. Never rushed and always kind with a calm demeanor. When we’ve had to come in for illnesses, we were always able to get same day appointments, but often with different doctors. Except for one instance, the doctors were all excellent. The only negative experience was when a doctor wanted me to restrain my son to check his ears for an ear infection. He was hysterical. All other doctors have had no issue checking his ears without restraining him. I don’t remember this doctor’s name. She was very knowledgeable aside from this. Of all the doctors we’ve seen, my son really liked Dr. Macken, Dr. LePage, and Dr. Katz. Nurses are super friendly, as are the people at the front desk. I highly reco

Our child is going to Doctor’s Pediatric for last 4.5 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. We have never faced any problems with medical treatment or guidance. Good for both same day appointments and planned visits. Recommended 👍🏼
