I got there at around 4pm and only waited 5 minutes to be taken in. The receptionist was friendly and so were the nurse and doctor. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with a diagnosis and medication sent to my pharmacy. Small detail that may not mean much but I thought it was nice - everyone said ‘feel better’! Overall great experience. Note: I’ve also been to the Westport location and had a similarly nice experience.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! The front desk lady & nurses are great!! But the doctors couldn’t be less helpful! Both times I’ve been for simple things they always send me & others to hospital. I just needed antibiotics & chest X-ray this past time & instead of using the X-ray machine that they have to diagnose my bronchial issues , they sent me to ER to spend my entire day & get the same X-ray I could’ve had there along with antibiotics. She ( the doctor) wouldn’t give any reason as to why she wouldn’t give the X-ray other than to say “it’s her choice not mine” after

I was told $120, which is pretty standard across most urgent care centers for cash patients. However, when I asked about the cost of the standard COVID, flu, and RSV tests, they said they did not know the prices and that I would receive a bill later. Excuse me—what? How shady is that? The woman at the front desk was very nice, but she mentioned that the COVID test would be around $300 and the flu test about $180. I was honestly shocked. The Dr I saw was focused on something other than why I was there. She kept talking about dermatitis but meanwhile I had a chemical burn that needed treatment. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I am gratfeul that I had a very positive visit with the staff. Heather is very professioanl and kind, the nurse, (whose name I am so sorry I forgot,) was GREAT, and Dr Sunnny is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. Definetly plan on returning.
