Doctors on Duty Medical Clinics

WHERE ARE THE NEGATIVE STARS WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM??? I called on 7/22/22 to speak with the person who oversees Maritza the office manager to the Abbott St location. I was referred over to Katy Chief Operating Officer. I expressed my issues (see review for Abbott St location), she assured me this will all get corrected by Monday, 7/25/22. After a few days, on Wednesday, 7/27/22 I decided to send her another message checking the status. She apologized stating she assumed the clinic connected with me. Said she spoke with Maritza, and I will not be charged for the forms. I then responded questioning if my disability form will be corrected to the "return back to work date" my doctor put me out for since Maritza decided to use a much earlier date not what my doctor has listed . No response

Called to ask about bringing my daughter in who was having stomach pain and diarrhea. The girl on the phone said that because she had diarrhea she couldn’t be seen in person since it’s a symptom of covid, which I understand, but she only has diarrhea and no other symptoms and the diarrhea had been ongoing for a couple days, still no other symptoms so I was thinking stomach bug or food poisoning. After I asked if she was serious about not being able to see a toddler for only stomach pain and no other covid symptoms, she hung up on me. I called back, spoke to someone else who unfortunately just transferred me back to the same person I was talking to before.
