Had a mammogram with the same tech I had last year. She was just as nice this year as she was last year. Rosemarie at the front desk was nice and so was Tonya the registrar. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff member at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease. Once I was called back, the entire team continued that same level of warmth and reassurance. The technicians and respiratory therapist were absolutely fantastic. They were compassionate, attentive, and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What could have been a very nerve-wracking experience was handled with such care that it became calm and reassuring instead. I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Doctors Hospital. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was checked in quickly. I actually had two appointments and waited only a few minutes before I was escorted to my first appointment. It went very quickly and the nurse/technician who took care of me communicated with the department for my next appointment, let them know I was coming, and escorted me there. I was taken care of surprisingly quickly and was completely finished with all my appointments at what would have been just 15 minutes after my original appointment time. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and I was very pleased with my visit!

I was recently a patient at Doctors Emergency Room over the weekend, which led to an next day urgent surgery and an overnight stay. From the moment I entered the emergency room I had the best possible care anyone could have had. I was in severe abdominal pain, they diagnosed, treated and had my pain controlled quickly and surgery booked for the next morning. After surgery, I had trouble with nausea and pain and the care was swift and effective. They were empathetic, they kept me an additional night to make sure i was comfortable before going home and addressed my pain right from the recovery room. I was recently at Doctors Hospital under the care of Dr Justin Bundy. I was so very pleased with the folks who took care of me. From the nursing staff to the sweet ladies who too care off my food needs. I was especially pleased with Robert who was a male nurse on the night time crew. He seemed to be aware of a man's needs and saw to it with quick dispatch. In every way I was very pleased with every phase of my stay with Doctors Hospital.
