Dr. Scheuermann is simply the best at what he does. He truly cares for his patients, provides quality care and service for his patient's hearing needs. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. He is also quite funny and has a great personality that makes you feel comfortable at during your appointment. I will keep recommending him to friends and family.

My wife, Maneck has had progressive hearing loss for the past several years and has seen three Audiologists,tried three different hearing aids only to return them as she was frustrated with each. Her friend recommended Dr. Rob Scheuermann, at the Doctors Hearing Center. Thank God, she saw him for a consultation. I accompanied her each time she went. He is so patient, caring, compassionate, and spends as much time as necessary with his patients. The first visit he spent over an hour answering every question that my wife and I had. She and I are both very pleased with the care that she has received and would certainly recommend Dr Scheuermann without any reservation.

The Best hearing doctor you could find. He is loving & caring. Before i went to him i visited many! other places. He will treat you as the value person you are. He will work with you until you be able to improve your hearing & adjust them incredibly well. There is no one like him. He knows what he is doing extremely well. He has treated us & many other friends for over 5 years. We cannot highly recommend more. He is excellent.

Exceptional Service!!! I really liked that they bill the insurance for services and the hearing aids, instead of me filing and being reimbursed from the insurance company. I just had to pay my deductible and my 20% out-of-pocket. Most hearing centers will not bill the insurance, they expect payment up front. This leaves you up in the air of when you will be reimbursed and how much, I don't like that game, it can be costly. Rob explains exactly how much the hearing aids will cost before they are ordered. I highly recommend using Doctors Hearing Center. Dr. Rob and Amy are outstanding and great to work with, they really care and will do their best to accommodate requests. Rob Scheuermann is the only Audiologist I will recommend, I have already referred 7 people to Rob in the last wee

My husband has been a customer for Dr Rob for many years. He is fantastic. He cares about you,he makes you feel like you are the most important person he will see that day. You are family to him .He will work with you till he gets you on the right tract. My husband is also legally blind which is a double whammy! His hearing is life or death to us. Whether we are going to have a good day or not. After you leave Dr Rob's office you are going to have a better day. I believe in God's angels and he is one of them. You might hear bad things about people who sell hearing aid but once you go to Dr Rob you know that that is not true. On a scale of 1 to 10 he gets a 20! Please try him, you will not be sorry!
