Doctors After Hours Urgent Care - Clearview

Today is Sunday and they are supposed to close at 6 and it's before 6 and all the lights are off and they are closed. They just decide to close whenever they feel like it with no consideration for patients. The door still has the same hours posted that they close at 8 on weekdays that has been there for years, yet they have on google that they close at 7. The website says this is family owned and they treat you like family. What a joke. This is the worst urgent care anywhere! I was only gonna come here because all the other urgent cares were closed. I should've known better. They were horrible last time I came and I never came back till today out of desperation and I see I should've just kept staying away. Does the so called family that owns this place not care to read all the horrible rev

I've used this location several times for me and my daughter. They have always been quick and efficient. The staff is professional and the building clean.

Says open til 6. Arrived at 5:27 with open light on and no one else waiting. Office staff immediately turned the office light off and told us they stopped seeing patients at 5 to allow time to pack up.

They dont even deserve 1 star. I will never go back to this facility again. Was sick on the weekend and had no choice other than to go to an ER which I wasn't sick enough for. Only test they had available was flu test, no Covid test, no strep test, no RSV test. Also they didnt have antibiotic shots or steriod shots. Claim everything is on back order. They did not even have paper to put on the table that you lay on. Very nasty for being a doctors office. I don't even know why this place is allowed to be open.

They advertise they close at 8pm. I went at 6:40 and they refused to see me saying they close at 7pm. I asked why the door says 8pm along with the neon open sign on. She said I don't know why, we've closed at 7 for years. I said so why have you been advertising 8pm for years? Nobody can change the times on the door? She said there is nobody I can speak to about this. Terrible place!!! They do not care about patients, only about getting off work early.
