I brought in my family dog because it seemed like it was her time. She was 15. And all I can say is that once again Dr. Vaughan was so amazing! She may have put it down but that doesn’t mean she didn’t show any less care or love. I appreciate everything she did as my sister and I were in there crying and wishing it wasn’t the time to say goodbye. She walked us through the process and made sure to make sure we were ready. She was so honest and professional through the whole experience. And the tech Ari was also so freaking amazing. I actually switched my own pets to this vet because of Ari and Dr. Vaughan. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for the care of any of my pets.
Dr. Vaughn was the most professional and knowledgeable vet I have ever been to. She made my fur baby feel comfortable and paid attention to his signs and waited for him to be comfy. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet. And I’m sure my son couldn’t either with all the snacks he got.
How much is it to get kittens nail cut and small dog nails cut. Also my kitten started bitten and stretching everyone hard how do you stop it. Am ready to bit her back just joking she's 14 weeks old
Today, We brought in a stray dog that was hit by a car and unfortunately died. The doctor and staff acted very quickly and took it very seriously trying everything they could to save the dog’s life and did not charge us anything. I was truly touched by their professionalism, commitment to caring for animals and compassion.
An incredible vet office! Out of town from NYC and needed a place to take my Great Pyrenees while in Baltimore. Easy enough to walk to from many area of town and the service was A+ The place was clean. The flow of traffic was so well designed (you enter and exit separate sides of office to avoid puppy interactions if that is of concern) and it felt more like a calming chiropractor office for humans than dogs. Staff was all very friendly across the board. I wish this were my regular vet!
