DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - West Haven

Valentina and Linette are phenomenal they go above and beyond they are very polite. Answered every question that I had and they are very caring here. I've been to numerous offices and they are horrible. This office. DOCS medical is the best yet.!! I am very picky where I go, but this place is definitely a 10 star and the staff that was here in the staff. That is here. They are all great. I would definitely definitely recommend them 110%. Thank you for being so great guys.

The people at the front desk were very very helpful. They listened. They didn't rule interrupt any questions I had they answered. The doctor here is phenomenal. She listened to every word I said never interrupted once she's very caring. I give this DOCS 10 stars if I could, but they are phenomenal and I will be a patient here from now on, but they are great!! I am very picky and when I tell you, I definitely would refer anybody to them. I would definitely refer anybody to them and trust me. I've been through numerous URGENT CARE centers and I've literally walked right out due to the fact that as soon as you walk in the building the front desk people are on their phone and then they give you an attitude like you interrupted them So I've literally walked right out. My wife and I walked in seeking Covid testing. Greeted very warmly, once we checked in were taken to the exam room. Liz was our caregiver and she was great. We could not have asked for a better experience. Keep up the great work guys

Extremely terrible liars and a terrible experience. I spent over 4 days calling back and forth and visiting in person just for a refill, and they kept saying, “In 10 minutes the doctor is going to send the refill.” Every time they came up with weird excuses. It’s not tolerable. These people have to do a better job — I swear a kid could have done a better job. I have never seen such a disorganized team. I made 10 appointments and the doctor didn’t show up. I have no idea why they are getting paid at this point for wasting patients’ time. They also have no manager available for contact — it’s just a complete mess. They should be sued for harming patients. Good luck. See you guys in court!

Made a last minute appointment this morning. I walked in & was greeted by staff who were the most kind & spirited bunch especially for a Monday morning. (But it wasn’t obnoxious). The check-in was very easy and efficient. I was not waiting past the time it took me to fill out my quick questionnaires. Was seen by the Nurse Margie (hope the spelling is right) she rocks and was super awesome. Nursing done right in my book. 10 stars for her. Then by a virtual APRN in my exam room. She was excellent and able to do the exam much to my satisfaction even though her presence was virtual. Overall I was able to have a successful, thorough, and efficient visit followed by labs and departing instructions. Staff was very kind, good at their jobs, and efficient; but not in a dismissive or pushy way. The
