DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - Waterbury

It was a great experience! Issues resolved and I was treated immediately! Feeling better already. I was able to get right in. I saw PA Angela. She was awesome! Thank you.

I’ve never in my life went to an urgent care and had the doctor care the way that Dr. Galantini did today. For the first time ever I felt heard and acknowledged. The entire staff was attentive, informative, genuinely caring and kind.. as was she. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried.

I had a great experience at Waterbury Urgent Care. The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. Dr. Angela, Tonya, Brianna, and Sparkle were all amazing they were attentive, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything going on. You can really tell they care about their patients. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. Highly recommend this urgent care! Thank you for working on New Year’s Eve👍

I was sent to The Frost Rd location after i found out that the provider in Chase Ave location had left for the day. I preferred to see a provider instead of telehealth hence a change of location. The ladies at check in were very nice and polite. The provider, a female APRN was thorough and took time to listen and examined me. Yes it was quite a wait but she took care of what i needed to hopefully get me better! Thank you Cynthia, APRN and your staff.

Doctor and staff took my concerns very seriously and the doctor went above and beyond to provide the care that I needed. I was unable to make a scheduled appointment and the doctor still was able to do a video call last minute and this made my day. I would recommend this office to anyone.
