DOCS Primary Care - West Haven

I just got a physical and TB test done in March 2025. I called today to see if they can put the results on another physical form for a different job. I was told I would need to do a new physical. I never had a problem like this before all the other clinics have you drop off paperwork and they complete it. I dont have the money to pay for another physical.

Great service today! . The wonderful ladies at the front desk Dina, Dr Campo and the entire staff were amazing and very professional! I walked in and was able to book an appointment and see the Dr within an hour! Dr was attentive and listened as I described my symptoms. Thank you all.

There was a very short wait time and my grandson had a virtual visit. The doctor was able to diagnose him with the help of the assistant at the clinic. Modern technology is is unbelievable! I recommend DOCS to anyone needing emergency treatment.

I went for having flu symptoms . I am a patient w asthma as well as many other health complications. Prior to going there I scheduled an appointment for 12:00pm . After rushing to the appointment to get there by 12 , I was told i would be sent a sign in form on my phone . I waited and waited , I had told the lady at the front desk the first time . She had told me she would try to resend it . Mind you , I'm a very patient person . We tried again and I waited and waited and nothin . As I'm waiting walk ins were being seen before me after me scheduling an appointment , and trying so very hard to be there on time (which I was). So I got and I tell her for maybe the 3rd time that it wasnr working and I hadn't received anything . She then proceeds to hand me paper work. I filled out everything a

The staff greeted me the moment I walked in and immediately took my information. My wait to see the doctor wasn’t long and I received excellent service and care from the doctor.
