DOCS Primary Care - Waterbury

Made a 6:45 —>appointment<— for a sinus infection. Didn’t get seen until after 8. There was no dr in office & I was handed a tablet/iPad. She didn’t even seem like she was paying attention. They were suppose to send my prescription to a 24h CVS that night. Pharmacy said they didn’t have any order at any cvs. Had to wait for them to open in the morning to find out what was happening. They once again said they sent it. Waited another 45 minutes. Pharmacy once again said they didn’t have any order. Went down to the urgent care again. Woman working told me she couldn’t send it to a closer pharmacy & she sent it. I said the whole point of having it sent to a 24h store was so I could start the meds to night before to feel better. Not run around for hours the next day chasing my prescription. Fin

I was in between providers and in need of crucial medication. Dr. King was caring, kind, and he made me feel welcome and cared for. I will be going back anytime I am in need of urgent care or just need to see a doctor. I would highly recommend this primary care and/or urgent care doctor. Staff was also very friendly and courteous. Thank you Doc's!!

I made a 2:15 appointment. Didn't get in to an exam room until AFTER 3PM. The meds the doctor prescribed were not with my pharmacy until after 8pm. Tried to call the office. Was put i to an automated system on hold for 15 min. When someone finally answered it wasn't even the office it was a call routing service & even THEY couldn't get anyone to pick up at the office. Care was ...ok. but don't try to call them. And don't assume because you have an appointment that you will be seen in a timely manner. If my PCP could have seen me, i would have gone to him. This is supposed to be URGENT care. This was the opposite of URGENT!

The nurse indira she is the best I wish I can have her at all my doctors appointments but the rest of the ladies that work there were nice as well.

The staff here are the best at handling every situation I have come in for. They are great at there jobs and very comforting to the patients.
