I was not satisfied with my virtual doctor at all. He was rushing the visit to add no input further with the info I provided. I had to ask him to listen to my lungs when one of my complaints was chest pain . Never again ! However, the front desk staff very pleasant and I appreciated the woman collecting data on symptoms doing vitals she was more helpful than the doctor. Imagine that

With an appointment I did not wait at all. Receptionists are amazing, kind, helpful! Doctor was thorough in her exam and helped me feel at ease with no need to visit ER! Thank you!

I went for my cough and headache, it was tele med and doctor prescribe be antibiotics for sinus infection. Overall, it was quick but if you want to see a doc in person may be visit some other urgent care.

I had trouble finding the location and so arrived late, but once I did, I was well tended to. I did have to wait a little long for the doctor to come in after I was initially tended to. But the care that I got was very good.

Took great care of me in a timely fashion, were all nice and wonderful. Was worried I'd have to do an ER trip but they saved me from all of that. Wonderful team.
