My son was sick and hit the cherry on top of his sickness late at night. I drove 35 mins to get to DOCCS and it was definitely the smoothest fastest urgent care trip I’ve ever had! We were in and out so quickly and Dr. Sahay was so great with my son! Everyone we interacted with were friendly personable and exactly what you’d want in an urgent care situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Made an apt on the website for 8 am on Saturday, which is when they open. They didn’t have someone there to open the door until a little after 8. She was very nice, helped the 2 of us that were waiting, took payment, then walked us back to 2 rooms. Then I heard her call the Dr to advise there were patients there, so the Dr could drive in. Which was disheartening—why have an apt time for 8 available if a Dr won’t even be in the building by that time? I was seen around 8:30 and said I thought I might have flu, i just got back from a cruise with someone who tested positive for flu type A, so I was requesting the rapid flu test. They said it would be another $40, then recommended I also get a chest xray, and pregnancy test would be required for that. It came off like just trying to charge me f

Quick, great prices, friendly service. There was a little miscommunication and the dr. and assistant didn't tell me they were calling in a prescription. Luckily my pharmacy called me. Overall a great experience and I'm feeling tremendously better. I would visit them again(but hopefully i won't need to for a long time!)

The people we saw were really nice. However, we went here, after calling to confirm they had x-ray available… just to be given an order to get an x-ray the next day. We went here after going several other places. We needed a damn x-ray before we could get an MRI ordered. My child overheard the one lady say she didn’t want to start up the machine. If it weren’t for this, we’d use them when needed but I hate being lied to.

Great experience! Was seen on the same day and was called in quickly too. Dr and staff were friendly and efficient. Will use them for my urgent care needs.
