This is such a horrible place yes it is cheaper but you get what you pay for and the service is horrible I have been waiting for over 4 hrs now and people jumped in front of the line and the issue was brought up and the doctors wife just started yelling and saying we will take care of you but then still took in the 2 people that jumped in line in front of me she and the staff did nothing to fix said situation and I will not be coming back extremely unprofessional and an unexplainable amount of time just waiting to be seen. While I write this I am still waiting 4hrs plus waiting just the sheer amount of unprofessional behavior save yourself the time and effort take your pet somewhere else.

We had an awesome experience here. The Doctor really does care for each and every pet that comes through the doors. He loves what he does and it shows. Trust me I love this clinic but they are always closed never open, online says they are open but coming here to the place in person it’s closed, like they need to work on their schedule for real this is the 3rd time that I can’t get my dog’s refill because they are never open. If they are gonna be close all the time they should just close the location down at this point cause it’s insane how they are closed all the time, btw the last time they gave my dog his medicine it’s supposed 30 pills in a bottle there was only 20 in the bottle 10 less than there’s supposed to be. There’s people here that need medicine or help for their animals especially if people only come to this place cause the prices are good but the schedule is terrible, what if someone needs medical attention for their animals

My 15 yr old golden contracted GDV. Dr Moore performed life saving surgery . He took X-rays and interpreted himself.Took time to consult colleagues and come up with course of action.He stayed with her all night making sure she was comfortable. When I arrived the staff was loving on her. Mrs Moore calmed my nerves and talked to me for awhile. Our fur baby is resting comfortably at home now all thanks to Doc Mos. These great folks see all types of animals in all conditions. They know you’re in distress and funds low. They do the best they can seen it first hand for 8 plus years. As you can tell I feel strongly about my fur baby and can say she received better care than I do! Five stars isn’t enough!

It is very rare in this day and age to find a business owner they cares more about what they do in this world then their bottom line and profits. Dr Moore is an exceptional human being and veterinarian. I highly recommend his services to anybody with fur babies.
