This was my first visit and it was as easy as it possibly could be. The receptionist checked me in quickly. I had to fill in a questionnaire on the Ipad, which was fast, no writing involved. There was almost no waiting time, I was invited to the treatment room. The room was filled with light, clean and looked comfortable. Dr Nurminsky asked about my issues, took a good look at all my teeth and did an Xray of the tooth under question. He explained to me what needs to be done (a cavity created by caries had to be treated). The jaw was quickly numbed, I was given a set of protective sunglasses and he started working on my tooth. The cavity was on the back side, so I assume it was not easy to reach. However, Dr Nurminsky worked on it hard, but I felt comfortable through the entire proces

I had the most pleasant experience at Dr Nurminskys today. He and staff are so considerate, kind, and professional. I had an extraction that went very well. I was charged a fair price and was even given a 10% Senior discount.

Dr Nurminsky's a real professional and great at what he does. I had an infected molar in the back that had been damaged by an impacted wisdom tooth years ago. He extracted it with ease and really paid attention to the effectiveness of the Novocaine early on. You can't go wrong choosing him as your dentist.

Very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been waiting for Sherry to call me back and had to call her back after waiting 6 weeks for them to reach out to my insurance for a prior authorization. My son also called and they gave him someone else’s info. Who had same name but different bday. After the phone call with Sherry I realized I’m begging for them for service and will go else where Edit- Your reply on here is completely different from what was told by phone. Also, my frustration comes from the lack of communication. I had to keep calling back and when I express concerns, Sherry had an issue. If you say you’re looking into it. Call back and communicate you haven’t heard anything from insurance yet. However we’re having to call you back consistently is a problem. Wish your reply was as quick
