DMC Specialty Center

I had an appointment for my son on Thursday June 20th. The people that assist you is very ghetto.When I first walked in the main lobby they have face masks on a table. When I was going to reach out and get one for me & my son this older black lady started yelling at me saying that was only for SECURITY ONLY. I felt very disrespected. There are different ways of approaching things The way this lady yelled at me & my 3 year old son was unacceptable. They should do a better job in the hiring process because the staff they have are very rude & have no good customer service. On top of all that, the doctor had gave the receptionist / paper work to give me. When I asked her assistant questions she gave me an attitude. Why do you guys hire people like this? This is the same lady that kept giving

Very hit or miss, but usually miss. I came here a few years ago to see a rheumatologist (I believe Dr. Adams) and was told that my symptoms were a result of me being a young girl. Well, this young girl now has osteoporosis and POF. There are too many cases of doctors with inflated egos telling patients that it’s all in their head, and this center is no exception.

The orthopedic Dr. Rahul Vaidys is arrogant and rude. he does not care about his patience and makes them wait for 2 hours or more to be seen.
