Like similar other negative reviews, the business is not developed to adequately respond to urgent needs. I have called 3 times, sent 3 portal messages, and 3 messages on their Klara app. I haven't got any closer to determining if the Doctor will write a temporary prescription that will give me heart medicine I need until the check in visit. I've made it as clear as possible that my heart acts up without the meds but they don't have a good escalation process that can help get me an answer. In fact, the impression I get is "tough luck-- you should have made a visit". Had I known a visit was required I would have made an appointment well in advance to avoid this. The staff is always shuffling customers into bottlenecks, and seem inept at any proactive resolution. Yeah maybe I should have
