I saw Dr. Safo for a nail fungus problem that I had for many years. During the first appointment Dr. Safo said this is mostly likely not a fungus but a nail trauma. He wanted to clip a sample and do a test, but the nail was too short. So I paid for this appointment just to be told to come back in three weeks. I came in 3 weeks later, he got a sample and insisted it doesn’t look like a nail fungus based on his professional experience. But he prescribed a fungus treatment nail polish before he got the results. I shared with him in the initial appointment, I have tried different nail polish treatments over the years and that didn’t work. Very unprofessional, not good with communication at all. I was charged $40 copay to be pretty much be told I didn't even need to come in and should have stayed home. Patrick Safo had the audacity to take my mothers phone to google my test results instead of having actual paper work for me to see. I understand that isn't there main location, but we still deserve to have the right to have actual records without asking REPETITIVELY for them.

Love how detailed and thorough Dr. Safo is. He runs on time and is a true class act.
