The good: Comfortable environment, easy to schedule an appointment, liked the doctor too, she didn't rush the exam. The bad: 1. I asked them to confirm with my insurance what was covered and despite that I was asked to pay for refractive test ($45) without making me aware of it ahead of time. I dont mind paying but let me make an informed decision. For the good feeling i had prior to my appointment, this was a pretty d*** move. 2. I couldn't get prescription for contact lenses as they wanted to charge another $50, despite me knowing exactly the brand and fit i wanted. I wish i was made aware of these charges ahead of time. I would not have wasted my time and money. Will not be stepping in to this practice ever again. Hope my review saves folks their time and money.

This is my second review. I've been coming to Dr Dawn Arnold for many of years now she's been helping to keep my eyes in check exceptionally.she is very humble and caring I cannot imagine going to anyone else I'm completely content with my care from her and she has a assistant Dr bregman that is also excellent met her for the first time very exceptional care and and informative and might I add Dr Arnolds complete staff is awesome.🙌👍👍

Dr. Arnold is always able to balance expertly treating her patients with kindness and humor. Dr Arnold is very thorough and fully explains each procedure and exam. I also think she is fairly priced.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
