I had an extraordinary introductory experience at the Djawdan Center for Implant & Restorative Dentistry! I received a very warm welcome. The patient coordinators introduced themselves, expressed appreciation that I accurately completed and submitted the new patient intake form electronically and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the lobby to the examination room, to the consultation room. Their examination room features cutting-edge ultra-advanced technology from the patient chair, to the full rotating free-standing X-ray machine, to the dental toolbox. Everyone from the front office to the dental assistant, to Dr. Djawdan himself, was intentional and engaging to ensure I felt the collaborative experience between patient and care professional. The whole staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating if you have an unusual request. The dental implant replacement went smoothly and fits perfectly . My consultation appointment was excellent. The dentist explained everything thoroughly. My third appointment was to remove a top front teeth bridge. Three hours later I left with a temporary. Again the staff was excellent! Dr. Djawdan is thorough and very meticulous ,easy to work with , and explains everything.

This was my consultation, and first time ever at the practice. The decorations and employees were dress very relaxed in PJ's and smiles. Everyone was so friendly and caring. The dental assistance was very caring and patient. She walked me thru every step, told me exactly what she was doing and why. There was a personalized welcome sign in my room with my name on, made me smile. The dental assistant sat with me, listened to my problems, took xrays, made me feel absolutely comfortable (offered a blanket / beverage) while I waited for the dentist. Dr. Djawdan came in, briefly examined my mouth, answered my questions, and agreed to have my procedure one and done. I am extremely afraid of dentists and any procedures. The Djawdan Center are professionals from the front desk to the.Dr himself. Unlike many implant centers, Drr Djawdan and team consistently take all the time needed to explain everything to a perspective patient and honestly answer any questions asked.. There are no hidden costs and patients know the exact plan prior to deciding on treatment. Patient’s are treated with respect and I would never consider going anywhere else for my implants.

I had a dental emergency to reattach 2 veneers. The office was able to fit me into their schedule quickly . ALL the staff is so kind and professional, and treats me with such care (I have a very bad dental phobia.) Dr. Djawdan is very thorough and gentle. I drive over 45 minutes for his care, and it is worth it.
