This office failed to tell me my insurance was out of network causing me to have a very large dental bill. While in the appointment I even asked to have my insurance verified about X-rays they were about to take, but Dr Dixon told the hygienist to do the X-ray anyway. No notification was made. Very disappointing and stressful!
