The Dr and her nurses didn't even know what throat swab to do for my daughter??... so strange and unprofessional. The lobby is empty, outdated and gross, and on top of that they charge 4 times the amount of other Drs in the area..

We absolutely love Dr. Hawkes! From the very first visit, it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. He’s always taken the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly (in a way that actually makes sense), which makes me as a parent feel completely at ease with any care he provides for our kids! We couldn’t recommend a better pediatrician than Dr. Hawkes!!

Dr. Twiggs is so knowledgeable and caring, I love her approach to medical care. I also like that the office is independent from the large medical corporations.

3 years ago I left a pretty good review. Today it was deleted and you guys get a 1 star. My son had an appointment set at the beginning of this week. We currently live in Beaver Dam, we have to commute 45 minutes to an hour before -on top of an hour time difference. We got to there 15 minutes until his scheduled appointment and proceeded to wait for him to be seen. 3 people that came after us were seen before us. We only went back to a room to wait because I made my husband ask if we’d be seen soon. Where we again proceeded to wait. My son had a scheduled dentist appointment after this appointment as well. He cannot miss another appointment because you guys failed to make the appointment that was already made for him. We walked out. And will try again with Night Light. Hopefully they can h

First time coming to this office. 5 stars for Dr. Wahlstrom. He made it so easy for me to voice all my concerns and he seemed to have a little more experience and understanding with eczema than other doctors we’ve met with. I found him really easy to talk to. The front desk lady and nurse who helped us were also very friendly and made things easy. The clinic feels older and some of the furniture is a little run down but I know fancy furniture and facilities doesn’t necessarily mean a better clinic. I was a little frustrated because when we checked out, the lady checking us out told me there was a problem with our insurance, that she was seeing that our current insurance was pushing new claims to our previous insurance (a problem I’ve never dealt with as we’d had our current insurance for
