Dixie Pediatric Dental

Dixie pediatric dental is such an amazing office. The staff and doctors are fun and kind. I have seven kids with different personalities and needs and they are so good with each one. They never make me feel bad if my kids have a cavity and their work is exceptional. I have been going to them for years and feel so grateful they’re our dentist. Thank you!

We have taken all 5 of our children to Dixie Pediatric Dental. We have nothing but great things to say about our experiences from Dr. Christensen and Dr. Torres to the office staff to the dental assistants. They have always gone above and beyond. Years ago, on Christmas Eve, our son was in severe pain from an abcessed tooth. Dr. Christensen met us there, even though they were closed, to get him taken care of. We appreciate all the work they have done over the years. Great office, assistants, and dentists, but even better people.

We have gone to Dixie Pediatrics for a couple years and are pleased with the service from the providers! It's a great facility with fantastic dentists and assistants. However, if you use dental insurance, be aware that they don't make an effort to help you prevent unwanted charges above and beyond what insurance covers. In fact, there is some kind of disconnect between the people scheduling the work and the people that collect from insurance as this has happened a couple of times after going in for preventative care visits. Nicole from billing was especially difficult and defensive when asked about this topic. I've found other clinics are better at helping you navigate costs prior to your receiving care.

Went to this dentist with my mom when I was younger and was treated by Brett K. Christensen. He is the most unprofessional doctor and gave me a phobia of dental work. I struggle going to the dentist because of him. I had a cavity and Brett made me feel like absolute garbage because of it and was so pissed he had to do his job. He was complaining the whole time that other doctor in office was out of town and left him with the most awful cavity that he had to fill. I cannot believe this man is in the field if he despises it so much and made me feel so uncomfortable. I literally have no idea how I didn’t cry that day in the office but however I would like to warn parents about this doctor. Hopefully you decide not to go the this dentist for the sake of your kid.

The only dentist I’ve ever taken any of my children too and my oldest is 16 1/2!! The staff here is beyond top tier. The care and patience they all put into everything they do is phenomenal! I will forever recommend them!
