If I could give them 0 stars I would give them 0 stars I come from Puerto Rico of vocational rehabilitation and there are more help than here Counselor Noemi Sánchez focused on what she wanted and not on what I wanted and I felt comfortable when I applied here I asked and they told me if they would help me in what I wanted. It was never like that for everything there is an excuse that I focused on getting a job and as soon as I asked for English classes they can't pay for them and neither help me with manicurist classes actually vocational rehabilitation here is useless why how are they going to send me to work on something oh in things that I don't want I have an injured shoulder that I had a work accident and they don't even take it into consideration they never show up they never answer

My wife hasn't had a job since August 14, 2024 and the lady isn't contacting her about jobs. My wife has contacting her everyday and the lady didn't contact her in over 3 months. Taxpayer's pay these people big money and they can't do their jobs. Thanks for wrecking my marriage.

I was referred to DVR and worked with Mark Livingston and Asima Wise (Wise Pathway.) From the beginning there was lack of communication. Mark would tell me that people would reach out to me then send an email that had angry undertones asking why haven’t I reached out yet? despite what was said previously. He sent a message letting me know that someone named Michael will be reaching out to me then sent the same message but this time saying Asima will be reaching out. I ended up reaching Asima ( since she did not) and very early on she showed a lack of unprofessionalism. We tried to schedule dates and times to meet but I told her it depends on my case manager since driving is a big obstacle for me considering my disability. He would have to get me there or have an alternative idea. Asima sen
