I found Divine Smiles Dentistry shortly after moving to Bethesda ..and had neglected taking proper care of my teeth for many years. I knew I had a couple of cavities so I looked for any dentist within walking distance and that accepted my insurance. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very professional, but she was also genuinely warm and helpful. She asked me what sort of symptoms or if there was a specific problem for the doc to be aware of. I hated admitting that it had been over 5 years since I had even stepped foot in pretty much any medical office. Everyone is very kind. The dentist is very gentle. I've been coming for a couple of years and so far I don't have anything to complain about. I've been to several dental offices before for cleaning and they would have to numb my teeth to prevent pain. Ever since I started coming here, the numbing cream hasn't been necessary.

Since my dentist retired many years ago, I have been searching for a dentist. I was skeptical, but covered by my new insurance I had nothing to lose. Professional, courteous and extremely friendly. They called me twice when earlier appointments became available. The office is so well organized and clean. The staff were efficient and kind. First time in forever my dentist actually did my cleaning. No upselling, no pressure to add in services, no pressure! Dentist was gentle and thorough and quick! Best dental experience… maybe ever!
