VERY UNORGANIZED…BAD TEACHING…. I thought this school would be amazing after looking at the reviews etc and also looking at the tuition price but don’t be fooled! This school is very unorganized, during the my class here there was only one good instructor the rest taught everything incorrectly! if I were you I would invest in a good course that’s worth the money !! And will actually prepare you for your testings !!! I MY CLASS HAD TO BE TAUGHT ALL SKILLS OVER AGAIN BY A NEW INSTRUCTOR ON THE LAST DAY OF CLASS DUE TO US NOT BEING TAUGHT CORRECTLY DURING THE 4 WEEKS AND BECAUSE SHE REALIZED WE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WE WERE DOING WHILE SHE WAS TESTING US ON SKILLS BEFORE WE TAKE THE ACTUAL SKILLS TEST!!! ON THE LAST DAY OF CLASS !!!!!! know it looks like a good deal because of the price but ple
I had a great experience taking the CNA I class at Divine in Nov-Dec 2025. The staff and owner were kind and helpful. Our instructor, Miss Kara, was a pleasure and made class interesting with her personal stories/experiences. I passed the course with a 97 with minimal studying. If you pay attention in class, take notes and review PowerPoints you'll have no problem doing well on the tests. I passed the state test (1 attempt) and skills test (2 attempts due to nerves and forgetting a major step during the first attempt). Another bonus is that this course was the most affordable compared to others in Charlotte and they have a payment plan option. I highly recommend Divine and if I need to take another course I will definitely come back here!
I went to divine for phlebotomy. I had a TERRIBLE experience 😪 It was a MESS. My teacher was severely disabled ( Really nice, love her) but she wasnt able to help with anything. I did one stick the whole entire time i was going to class. She wasnt able to help me because her hands/fingers were not able to move, she was only able to guide me on what to do. Which didnt help me AT ALL!! This was the worst experience I have ever had going to a school. They were not able to accommodate my externship needs. The one they did send me to always said they ll call me back, they have to speak to the doctor, they never called me back. After the 3rd time I just gave up. This is extremely disappointing. I wasted time and money. I think the CNA program is better here. If you want to do phlebotomy please
I attended the 4 week course. It was great & the program was eligible for reimbursement through the healthcare company i currently work for!! It was fast pace but Kerra & Dorris were very helpful. Don't miss any days & repetition is key. They offered support even after the class if I had any questions. Shoutout to front desk steffany!!! She was very helpful as well I passed my skills exam first try. Would recommend!
Divine Health Academy was a great experience! The 4-week program is fast-paced, but if you stay focused, the material is very manageable and easy to understand. Before each test, we had helpful review sessions that really reinforced the information. I was admittedly stressed going into the final week of clinicals, not knowing what to expect in a nursing home setting. However, we trained at The Sharon at South Park, which is a beautiful facility with an excellent team of CNAs who were supportive and welcoming. Our instructor, Ms. Kara, was amazing, she not only taught the material clearly but also guided us through learning the hands-on skills with patience and kindness. She’s a truly understanding and sweet person who made the learning process enjoyable. The owner of the program is equall
