PHENOMENAL doctors and personnel. Doctors Abu-Medeine and Frazier literally have been life savers more than once. Anyone looking for a fantastic family doctor should seriously consider one of the Diversity Health clinics. ALL of the doctors are very experienced and thorough.

I was sent to this facility by Anthem because all the other doctors in my area stopped taking Anthem insurance. I needed a referral for a specialist. I was told that she would give me my referral but she would need to draw labs first. I let the lab Work be done and this happened in September 2025 it’s October and they still will not give me or send my referral. Waste of time and money I filed an appeal with Anthem.

I would give negative stars if I could. Dr. Wright is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Trying to get a simple prescription refill from this office is an absolute nightmare. They constantly demand in-person visits for basic refills, wasting my time and charging my insurance unnecessarily. Because of their incompetence, I’ve been forced to go without my medications, resort to urgent care visits, or even seek help at Wynn Army Hospital, which, compared to this disaster of a facility, is a beacon of excellence. To make matters worse, they’ve prescribed me medications that dangerously interact, leading to severe reactions. But the final straw? I do NOT recommend Michelle Wright!! I have had complaints with her in the past and let them go. Tried her again after two years and still disappointing! Did not meet my needs and wasted my time off. I needed a simple prescription filled that I get annually from this clinic. The entire process is about finding ways to get more money from you and your insurance company, not helping you with any immediate needs. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor elsewhere.

Terrible place, I needed a prescription for my eczema that I was using for years before I got pregnant and while I was pregnant. She sent her nurse in as a messenger saying she wouldn’t give me the prescription and to just use eucerin. I demanded to speak with her, and she sent her nurse back saying if she has to come in the room, it will be an extra charge. I was there to see a Dr. not a nurse. Very disgusting Dr. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ended up going elsewhere for my prescription and I see why the ratings are so low. Terrible place!! So rude for no reason!
