I’m really disappointed with the care my mother received while there after a hip surgery. The rehab staff were great, kind and patient. Speech therapist was also a very kind person. My mom has dementia, so sundowning would start early afternoon every day. My poor daddy, who is in horrible physical condition himself, took care of my mother. We also had someone we pay to help there as well. If we pressed the call button, it might be 15 minutes or it might be over 2 hours before someone comes in the see what you need. Trying to get medication needed for dementia related combative behavior in a timely manner was a lost cause. Trying to get my mother changed when she soiled herself was also a very very long waiting game. Very hard to understand why. I understand completely that my mom was not

My grandma was a resident here and all of the staff was amazing. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The staff was very supportive and kind throughout her entire stay there up until she passed away.

Coastal Manor has some great CNAS. They really care about the residents and make sure that they are well taken care of. 10/10 would highly recommend!!💕

I recently visited Coastal Manor to see a family member. The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff was impressive. Kimberly was especially kind and efficient. I spoke with the Chief Long Term Care Officer, Mark McKettrick, to compliment Kimberly and we had a conversation which confirmed my high opinion of this facility.

This place needs to be shut down. I would not recommend placing your loved ones and the care of this facility at all. The nursing staff they're pretty okay. The CNAs are absolutely horrible Unprofessional and need more training on basic care and needs. The front doors are never secure. You can just walk into the nursing home whenever you feel like it, including the weekends. The place smells like absolute feces, one of the worst nursing homes I have ever been to every time I visit I just cringe at the smell of the place when you first walk in until you get to your person's room that you're visiting. The office staff are complete joke and a waste of time. They need to be replaced with people who willing to do their job and have the skills to make sure that the facility is actually being ran
