They were good in the beginning but after three years of have non stop issues with my hearing aid (resound would not recommend them) they pushed me away. I would not recommend going there.

I want to remember their names and I don’t ! That’s on me , not them , because I knew their names & don’t remember .. the audiologist that did my hearing test. She was excellent ! so attentive! I could just tell she loved her work that she did. The receptionist was also wonderful so friendly . I highly recommend this place. I had good News as well. Once I found the office, which really wasn’t that hard, it is easy to go to, and I will go back there again for my yearly check up. I was dismayed when I first came into the office because I was told by other people who don’t work there a couple of different locations, so I was out of sorts when I came for my visit. And the woman in reception was highly attentive and caring for me, I calmed down Quickly as a result of her great customer, service

I have only had EXCELLENT treatment with Diversified Hearing!! Any problem I have had with my hearing aids and/or accessories have been quickly solved. Recently my Thrive TV device's icon disappeared from my cell phone. This had happened once before and we called the Thrive hotline and it was fixed immediately. This time, we called Thrive and their tech tried to fix it and after over half an hour told us that we should call our audiologist. HUH??? A Thrive tech could NOT fix a Thrive issue???!!! We called Diversified Hearing and talked to Carrie……she politely and promptly fixed this issue!! Diversified Hearing has the BEST audiologists! Everyone we have dealt with has been more than accommodating, calm, polite and prompt in any situation! Thank you, Carrie!!!!!

When I recently found myself in need of a new hearing aid and discovered my former audiologist had closed I was at a loss. So I checked the Yellow Pages and picked Diversified Hearing. I was very apprehensive about choosing this way, but I needed help. I figured I would have to wait weeks for an appointment but was so surprised when I only had to wait two days! The staff there is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I am now hearing better than I have heard in many years. Thank you Barbara and staff!

When they tell you you might be "confused" about them not explaining something know you are not. Also, if the Niagara Falls office doesn't call you back, call the main number to let them know.
