Beautiful, well-appointed office in a building convenient to get to with an ample parking lot. Staff were engaging, efficient and attentive. Dr. Pollack is an outstanding physician who maintains a positive demeanor throughout the thorough examination. She answers questions authoritatively in a manner that demonstrates superior knowledge of the specialty of dermatology, but is easily understandable. I appreciate Dr. Pollack's personal touch, sound judgment and specific recommendations that make the semi-annual visits a source of comfort because I know I am in good hands.

I had an excellent experience with both of my dermatology providers. Dr. Damavandy, who performed my Mohs procedure with great skill and enthusiasm. His positive energy and engaging conversation helped keep me calm and comfortable throughout the surgery. I truly appreciated his passion for his work and his attentive approach. My only minor concern was being brought into the procedure room about 40 minutes early, making the wait in a small space feel claustrophobic. Dr. Olivia Schenck has also been exceptional - very thorough, detail-oriented, and an outstanding communicator. She takes the time to explain each step clearly and ensures I fully understand my treatment plan. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient. The nurse was wonderful and the doctor was thorough and really listened carefully to my concerns. I felt like they balanced technology with a human approach very well. I have left many dermatologist practices where I have left feeling dismissed and shuttled along. I did not feel this at all, in fact, quite the opposite! I highly recommend this practice.
