Discreet Candlelight Yoga & Massage - Private Sessions

To begin, Armanda's space is stunning. She is very proud of the relaxing environment she has created for her clients and it shows. She has thoughtfully designed a beautiful mirrored wall on one side of the room with the other illuminated with an entire wall of candles. I did the 30 minute yoga-massage combination. I did opt for the upgrade, and I'll be honest I was a little apprehensive but Armanda put me at ease as we started with the yoga, which in last pose was duplicated on my back for the massage. She told me the post but I don't remember, tbh. For the yoga, she walked me through what we were doing and why we were doing it and it all made sense. I had an incredible experience at Discreet Candlelight Yoga & Massage. Armanda creates a peaceful and welcoming space that immediately puts you at ease. Her instruction is thoughtful, personalized, and attentive --she really takes the time to understand your body and what it needs. The combination of yoga and massage was seamless, and I left feeling completely relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious ana calming experience!

First, I would like to say how beautiful the space is for yoga and massage, like better than resort quality and felt very inviting. I felt immediately ease with Armanda, especially as she guided me through the yoga and then the massage. The studio not only smelled amazing. A lot of the resorts smell like bleach and patchouli and her place smells like a memory. I know how weird that sounds but it's true. But really one of my favorite experiences was the warm table! I have never seen one and this was a really nice touch. I read in one review that person felt rushed. I'll be honest, he is the reason why I even wrote a review. (My only guess is that individual was requesting something she doesn't do and he decided to burn her with a poor review.) I never felt for one moment I was being rushed

I have visited multiple times and have always had a great experience. This location is conveniently located near sky harbor and is easy to get to. I know that whenever I make an appointment I will be treated with the most respect and care. As someone who carries tension in their shoulders and back. I can always anticipate that those trouble areas are focused on and attended to. Don’t walk, run here and get the best massage and yoga in the valley.

I’ve taken several yoga classes here and they’ve been a great experience. The space is beautiful, calm, and very thoughtfully set up. The instruction is clear, grounding, and focused on how your body actually feels, not just rushing through poses. I always leave feeling relaxed, centered, and physically better. It’s a really welcoming and peaceful environment.
