AJ Garis DC director / Chiropractor at Discover Chiropractic is extremely gifted. I do not say this lightly. He has an intuitive nature, to heal the body. I have been to many practitioners and traveled around the world. Originally I’m from Manhattan where I was trained in massage at the Swedish Institute of Massage and Pilates from Joseph Pilates himself. I had my own studio at the New York Athletic Club. I also trained Ballet Hawaii when I lived in Honolulu. AJ Garis is a rare breed, and if you have a session with him you most likely will get better.

I've been dealing with low back and sacroiliac joint issues for 12 years. I've been to just about every type of therapy and even had surgery on my low back. After still being in pain and having it affect my daily life for a very long time, I finally found the right person in Dr. AJ Garis. He is amazing! Not only is he super smart, but he's super nice, patient, and cares about your well-being. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Met Dr AJ Krueger in the new Redmond Location. Beautiful building and great location. Dr. Krueger was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. Explained the x-rays to me so I understood. Highly recommend.

I feel great! I have limited experience with chiropractors, but enough to have had “ok” sessions and great sessions. I always have a great session at Discover! Never knew how much I would appreciate it. Highly recommend them for chiro and awesome massages too.
