Discount Drug Mart

I usually go to the service desk to pay a bill once a month. Have been doing this for years. There are 3 women that usually wait on me. The heavy set woman so kind and friendly, so is the black woman. They are both super friendly and I enjoy my interactions with them! They couldnt be better!! BUT the third woman is absolutley terrible! I usually get there around 9:15 - 9:30pm because I get off work at 9pm. When I get there at 9:30 pm she tells me I’m lucky she is waiting on me because they close at 10pm…. I’m lucky you are doing your job and waiting on me a half hour before the store closes?? Extremely rude and confrontational. I had called the night before to let them know I planned on picking up my meds the next morning on my way into work. When I showed up I was treated like I was bothering the lady behind the desk. It seemed to highly annoy her when I let her know I planned on waiting at the store for my refill until it was ready. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way about medication. It shouldn’t be this uncomfortable and difficult to be able to pick up something I need. The Huron pharmacy is leagues above the Sandusky store when it comes to friendliness and customer service. Courtney was the woman that (kinda) helped me. Proper customer service is slowly dying everywhere.

If DM wasn't practically next door I would never come here. I asked a cashier if a certain kind of cigarettes were available and she said "I don't know". I asked if she could check and after a few seconds she got off her chair and kind of looked. I found them myself. Poor customer service all around.

If I could leave a zero stars or even a neg star I would. This is the worst excuse of a pharmacy ever. I have gone there for years and put up with rude and uncaring service because I felt I wanted to support Local business. Yesterday was the straw the broke the camel's back. I received my monthly supply of dexcom sensors. I went home to put one on to find it was defective and not working. I called and asked about bringing it back for replacement. The answer I got from the first lady I spoke to was, sorry but we dont replace those. You will find a phone number on the box, you call that and handle it yourself. I didn't give my money to the mfg, I gave my, and my insurance companies money to DRUG MART. I was put directly on hold with no warning and given the pharmacist. He repeated

So I was in the discount drug Mart in Sandusky Ohio over the weekend and I was looking for glucose gummy tablets. They did not have them available. So I picked up some of the fruit slices to use instead to raise my sugar up.1-10-26
