Discount Drug Mart

The pharmacy sucks, I was transferred to 3 different people. Ok to start i got a notification that I had a prescription to pick up, so I called this store and they are claiming they "don't bill insurances" for products. We'll I hate to tell you this but someone in your store has billed my insurance and item is being shipped. Do your jobs instead of transferring to different people because you don't want to deal with the issue. They need to close this store anyways,its old,outdated and in a horrible location. 😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡

The pharmacy takes forever! I was waiting in the drive thru for so long, I finally get to the front just to be told that my prescription still hasn’t been filled and I would need to go back to the back of the line and come back around. It had been an hour since my prescription was sent, other pharmacies have filled my prescriptions immediately so that when I go after an appointment it’s ready. I still gave 3 stars because the woman who helped me was very nice.

We love Discount Drug Mart. They are a chain drug store and a grocery store rolled into one. They have a really large selection of products at competitive prices. You can get almost everything you would need in the way of food, beverages, cleaning products, beer and wine, health related items, pet food and pet care products, bath related products and much more. They also have a very nice deli and of course a pharmacy. We are loyal customers.

Best pharmacy in Medina! They actually care about people & their medications & they don't feel they are above the doctors that prescribed said medications! Left CVS after 20 years because of that & so glad I did. Refer everyone to Drug Mart now & always will! Pharmacist is super nice, is helpful & never makes you feel rushed or not important! All the staff in the pharmacy is very attentive & they are all really nice too!

Abby was absolutely fantastic! I typically use the drive-thru pharmacy and there's a medication that can't fit down the chute while in the box and the pharmacy staff is typically very rude about it and give me such a hard time. If it was easy/ convenient to come inside I wouldn't use the drive-thru. The fact that there is no drive-thru window, you would think the pharmacy staff would be a little bit more accommodating. Once Abby realized it would not fit in the chute she volunteered to bring it outside to me without me even asking. If all of the pharmacy staff showed as much care or concern I would give drug mart more of my business. Excellent young lady and a great example of wonderful customer service!
