Discount Drug Mart

I went into the pharmacy today and the ladies one wearing a blue shirt and managing the drive thru and the other brown hair and skinny on the computer there got snippy with me because they said they stopped giving out compress stockings in march and I had a note from my doctor. Idk if it was because I was pregnant or what but I will never be going to that pharmacy anymore because they think they can talk to people however they want and get away with it. And how was I supposed to know that they could’ve notified my doctor about that before she put the order in.

I used to visit Drug Mart all the time when I lived in the Falls. Reasonable prices and had a great selection of almost everything you need. The staff were always great. After a recent visit back to my old neighborhood I was delighted to see it was just the same.

Edited - 1/1/26 Changing my review to 5 stars due to a big improvement with pharmacy. Doc called in prescription here and was grateful and surprised at how smoothly the pharmacy visit went. Thank you! Happy New Year to us all. ---------------- I'm not quick to write a bad review but after several experiences with rude staff, I won't be coming back. I'll keep shopping in the store but as others have mentioned, the pharmacy staff leaves much to be desired.

My wife and I were Walgreen pharmacy customers. Checked prescription prices between Walgreens and Discount Drug and found a discount was much better pricing. I love the pharmacy and the people that fill the prescriptions. They are very courteous and willing to work to resolve any problems I have with prescriptions. I highly recommend this pharmacy on Portage Trail.

I got my Covid vaccine yesterday around 3pm. Pharmacist said that there are no bad side effects. Well at 2am I was waking up freezing, shaking and shivering. And I couldn't breathe!!! I have COPD. I was getting really scared! I had to go to the bathroom and find my Tylenol, did both and tried to sleep. It was so hard to calm my breathing!!! Now let me tell you about my sister's experience.
