Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance

I’ve been going to Dirigo for 9 months following my ACL replacement surgery and I can’t recommend them enough. I have felt informed, heard, and challenged in a way that has made my recovery process immensely fulfilling. I have primarily worked with Julia, who gave me great exercises to do at home to support my recovery as well as additional stretches and resources to utilize. There’s plenty of pay by the hour parking nearby and great coffee shops and restaurants for a post-PT treat, which was always nice.

The care and help I have received from Dirigo in general and specifically from Dr Josh Segal have been extremely helpful for easing my pain and gaining mobility and/or range of motion. The exercises are helpful and important but I've also learned that strengthening other areas of my body can have a direct relation to easing the problem I am having. Happy to report that both issues for which I've been referred for PT have seen immense improvement. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been working with Mallory at Dirigo PT for over 4 years to help recover from injuries and surgeries. She has been a great partner in accelerating the recovery process and getting me back to the activities I love to compete in. This year as I was working through some overuse injuries training for a 100 mile trail race, she suggested adding more focused strength training. I've been working with Mallory for a year to help me both prepare for and recover from 2 knee surgeries (arthroscopic and a partial knee replacement). I can’t say enough good things about her and the Dirigo team. From day one, she's been knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive. Unlike my experiences at other PT clinics where the therapist would often be working with multiple patients at once and we were all doing the same cookie-cutter exercises, it's always 1-on-1 with Mallory and she customizes the exercises and program specifically for me. I have gone to PT at various places and Dirigo is a standout! They have excellent facilities that are clean, modern, and top notch equipment in a very convenient location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable with a special shout of to Liz who has been so so helpful with rehabbing my shoulder. If you need PT or training I highly recommend!
