I liked almost everything, the wait time was quick and the exam was also very quick. However, the lady that showed me frames seemed like she didn't want to be bothered, but I found some frames. When I went back to pick my glasses up ,she just handed them to me. I expected her to see if they fit correctly, check for alignment, etc... She turned to help another customer. I stood there but she ignored me, so I left. My glasses are crooked and don't fit right. They are uncomfortable and blurry. Everything else about the place and people was great.

The best place to get an eye check up ✨✨ From the sweet lady checking me in, to the doctor, and another wonderful lady who helped me choose my glasses. Kudos and Thank you See ya, next year for my appointment 10/10

the worst experience of my life, this is a very upscale place and they treat medicaid patients horrible. they don't have any nice or decent frames for medicaid patients. the lady who helps you get glasses doesn't try to help at all very nonchalant demeanor. i never walked out a eye doctor without glasses. i literally wanted to cry. i even tried to get contacts which my insurance would cover but of course they wanted me to pay out of pocket for a $60 exam. this place a scam and not for medicaid patients.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience, Dr.G was great and answered all of my questions. The front desk greeted me and made my check in as smooth as possible, very polite and informative. Highly recommend!

I made the mistake of trying another place to get glasses but quickly returned to Optique Optical. As always, Donna Lynn took excellent care of me and got me in my glasses and sunglasses right away. She is always so helpful and a pleasure to work with!
