Dillons Pharmacy

Our family has been using Dillons Pharmacy for 40 yrs, myself for 30 of them. Over the last 5 years, they have kept going down hill. One family member is on very important medicines. The pharmacy always tells us they have ordered a medicine and that it will be in the next day. Then when we show up the next day, they tell us it was never ordered. We are going an average of 3 days every month without much needed asthma/ COPD medication.

Showed up today by 12:50 which sometimes the pharmacy window is closed already so I go inside. Today, the window says lunch 12:45-1:30. Make up your minds and serve your customers! Do you hate that we show up? I looked - your website says lunch 1 - 1:30. Take your lunches staggered like the rest of the world.

They have it posted to open at 9 am however it was after 9 as Alta was visiting with a co worker and either ordering or inventory with her handheld. 3 pharmacist in the back and a line of 3 to 4 people. Alta is so rude if you don't like your job get out. Customers and physicians are what pay your wages. Worst pharmacy ever

You know it's pretty bad to spend 300.00 plus in your store and you only have one checker and she had so many people in her line we had to check and bag our own groceries, were an older couple and the last thing we want to do is your job. So do we get invited to the company Christmas Party?

Obviously they don’t understand the concept of a drive thru window! It’s NEVER opened!! You should deliver prescriptions, at no charge, for disabled customers that count on that window being opened!!! For that reason I transferred all my meds to WALGREENS!
