McPherson Walk-in Clinic

I cannot say enough good things about the McPherson Walk-In Clinic and McPherson Hospital. When other clinics brushed off my daughter's symptoms as something minor, the staff at McPherson Walk-In Clinic took the time to listen to our concerns. They paid attention to the heart rate data from her Apple Watch and, thankfully, acted on it. She ended up needing emergency care, and they immediately sent us to the ER. At McPherson Hospital, she received prompt care without the long wait times you'd expect at a larger facility. The hospital staff were attentive and took excellent care of her throughout her stay. Even after she was discharged, they followed up to ensure her recovery was on track. I would highly recommend McPherson Walk-In Clinic and McPherson Hospital to anyone. Their compassiona

My mom went in with a cough, congestion and lots of snot. She sounds awful. They gave her an antibiotic and called it a viral infection. Antibiotics do nothing for a viral infection or anything caused by a virus… it can actually make it worse. What a joke!! Go somewhere else. Sad you can’t ever get into your regular doc cause all they do is see their regulars who take up all the appointment times so you go somewhere expecting to be helped… this is not the place.

Bad service. I was seen fairly quickly, but the doctor acted very anxious and rushed out of the room as I was attempting to ask a question. She said she would send my prescription. An hour later I went to pick it up, and they said they never received it. I called the clinic and their phones were down. I work nights so at this point it was my bedtime. The next day I called to ask and the receptionist said they are very busy and will call when she sends my prescription in. 4 hours later and still nothing. Im frustrated because I spent $125 to be seen for less than 5 minutes, been told maybe this maybe that. And then not even have my prescription of antibiotics sent in! The whole staff just seemed very annoyed at my existence. Will try to never go here again.

Walked in this morning and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long before I saw Dr. Michelle. She was amazing. Very informative and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone that needs medical services. It’s not expensive either.

Very disappointed in there services. Was told by doctor after receiving antibiotic prescription that if you feel you need additional medication to call in and will prescribe an additional weeks worth. Called them up and left message and waited 2 days with no follow up from them. Made a trip back and found that they were closed due to air conditioning problems. A few days later tried to call again but not even able to leave a message. Made another trip up there and was told I would have to go through the doctor again instead of doing what she originally told me. This place doesn’t care about the health of their patients, only in the money. Have always used urgent care in the past, and was satisfied with there services. This time they dropped the ball and will find elsewhere to go
