Dillingham Optical

Such nice people, and the optometrist was so professional and courteous. He didn't rush the exam and their office operates in a timely way. They go above and beyond to help you before and after ordering glasses/contacts. All around wonderful service.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Dillingham Optical, the staff is very nice and professional. His wife answered all my questions and was very nice and understanding about my concerns. I am most definitely going back and will be referring my family and friends!

I "used" to highly recommend this place but never again. I loved this place when it was just Dillingham. The new owners wife is VERY RUDE!!!! All she cares about is money she made my children very uncomfortable and I switched them to anther doctor.

I called and​ scheduled my little girl an appointment a week or so ahead of time. Giving her name birthday etc but they call me the the day of the appointment to notify me that they couldn't see her because she's​ not old enough. Very inconvenient I missed work and I need to find someone who can give her an eye exam on such a short notice.Very disappointing.

Jan was very helpful as shes been for many years. She is professional and friendly and definitely deserves a better rating than some on here.
